  ALWAYS a wait now. I went in on 3 different occasions in 1 wk and instead of assisting w the line there's an extra person who just repeatedly asks if anyone wants to pickup or drop off.. uhh how about u get the line down once we all say no each of the 5xs u asked. Last time I went waited over 10mins w only 1 person ahead of me. Seems like they want to overly chat w customers more than help and move along.

  Simply requested my birthcertificate to be held there so it wouldn't be stolen at my front door because I've experience identity theft to where I have to remember this passcode if I get pulled over or I go to jail .The post office could only say oops when I found out they sorted my mail and had it sent too my door. Very horrible service and lack of knowledge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????
